Billing

Your Home Physio is a private-pay physiotherapy clinic. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment, and we do not direct bill extended health insurance providers.

Following your appointment, you will receive a detailed receipt for physiotherapy services that can be submitted to your extended health insurance provider for reimbursement, according to the coverage available under your individual plan.

Please note that we do not accept WorkSafeBC claims or direct bill ICBC.

If you have questions about payment or billing before your appointment, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you become unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us by phone or email by 8:00 a.m. to let us know.

Kyle Libby has been working as a licensed physiotherapist in multiple acute care settings in British Columbia’s public health care system for more than 16 years to help patients recover and return home from hospital visits. Kyle trained as a physiotherapist at the University of Alberta and graduated with his Masters in Physiotherapy in 2010. He lives in Tsawwassen with his wife and two young sons. He is passionate about helping older adults stay strong to live independently in their homes enjoy quality of life.
